ENRIGHT PARK

Enright Park, an existing and well-loved small park, is to be reconfigured as the result of a large new development to the north. Near-by residents wanted to see something with the same amenities as their current park – basketball courts, a play area including water play and the instantly-recognizable spouting whale, and above all plenty of open lawn and shade trees. They were also interested in adding a small pavilion structure and expanding the types of play and seating offered. Studio Bryan Hanes developed a set of park plan options and a final concept through a series of community events, surveys, and meetings.  The plan received conceptual approval from the City’s Art Commission and is awaiting construction.
